Default Something is wrong with my SC please help

the rear end on my car wobbles
when i step on the gas, when i let off the gas, on the highway after 55 mph
also feels like the rear passenger tire moves everytime i hit the gas and let off
lifted the car up and the tire has no play
took it to the mechanic and he said the front end suspension is making the rear feel like its fish tailing,
can that be it
also it has been hit on the rear passenger side but i got the rear alignment done and its is fine
the mechanic also said the bushings in the rear are good
also around 70 mph i think the wheel bearings in the passenger rear tire makes noise, can that be the problem??
any ideas would be great
thanks in advance

a bearing, unless its completely gone, will not make the car that unstable at high speeds. if the bearing is completely gone it would make noise even at 30mph.

the front bushings can be the problem. it may create feed back to the rear. i would still look into the rear suspension. make sure the subframe is in good shape. the subframe is literally a frame that is welded together but it can still break. if you do a search on here you will see some people having issues with that. some people break it while driving hard. other people had it rust out and break. its not a common problem but it does exist.

if you have a rusty subframe and it flexes near a pick up point for a control arm or a traction bar then it can cause the car to act very funny while driving.

rear shock are another culprit sometimes. i had a subaru before that felt like it was rotating instead of turning when driving on the highway. the rear shock were bad.

good luck and keep us updated. im sure more people will chime in to help.

rack bushings being gone can definitely cause wondering at high speeds.
