Lower Ball Joints Replaced
I am currently dealing with an issue involving a repair shop who just replaced the lower ball joints in my 2000 GS. After the work was completed, I drove the car home from the repair shop and noticed that the steering wheel position had changed. It became really apparent when I was driving the car on a straight lane of road. Now, to drive the car straight, the position of the steering wheel is approximately 30 degrees turned to the left. What could they have done during the process of replacing my lower ball joints to change the positioning of the steering wheel? Any ideas? Thanks.....

Yeah a Toyota Dealer just did mine with the outer tie rods, I was charged for an alignment and a test ride and I get the car back and the steering is off about to the same degree. I will be calling them.

Yeah I didn't get the Tie Rods replaced with my Ball Joints but I had them align it anyways and it's not even close to right. Mine turns to the left too. Lexus charged me $99 for the alignment so you can bet your *** I'll have them re-do it.
