Trust me, my shiny black wheels get their fair share of brake dust.

I clean them every week (when im lazy) and every other day when i am feeling it.

All you need to do is complain about the dust.. no need to mention anything else...

If you have a hard time, have a copy of the latest TSIB in your back pocket..

so can they just give you the pads, or do you have to have them installed at the dealership?

$83.75 for 2008 IS250 AWD from Sewell. The low-dust are not as cheap as the original pads.

So are you saying that you didn't wash your car for 5 months and had a lot of brake dust after 5 months??? I'm going to hold off my assumptions until you answer.

The TSIB is a HUGE improvement over the old pads. I used to wash my car and 2 days later my front rims were covered in brake dust. Now I can go two weeks without having black rims. Sure the pads still produce brake dust but its nowhere near the same as the stock pads.

Dude thats not right...I dont know where you're looking or who you called but the AWD pads are the same as the 06-09 IS250 pads.

04465-30400-01 is the P/N on Sewell site and its $49.99 minus the CLUBLEXUS discount code.

The part number on the Sewell site is for the OEM factory installed "high dust" pads - same as what is on the car. Per the TSIB, the replacement pad number, and Sewell quote for it is:

Product #:04465-53030, PAD KIT, DISC BRAKE, Quantity:1, Price:$83.75

and that is with ClubLexus discount.
