Question about Iforged Senekas

Hey Guys,
My buddy has some 19" Senekas on his BMW 545I and I was wondering if any of you know if they'd fit with lug adaptors. He only wants $1,000.00 for them w/ tires and I'd like to pick them up. The rear lip is HUGE though.

also what are the offsets? also may want to include tire sizes and how low you are
