Not necessarily. IS-F wheels don't fit over IS350 brakes.

No. You could make it work with a spacer.

Thanks. Do you know how wide of a spacer I'd need? Does it make a difference if I modify the dust shield?

The offset. IS-F wheels are 19x8 +45 and 19x9 +55. The F-Sport wheels are 19x8 +40 and 19x9+40.
