Ok so the AWD sits higher. The question is why? What makes it sit higher, wouldn't the spring itself be a pretty good reason? So if the AWD has higher spring rates from the factory that alone will make the car sit higher due to weight difference. Sorry for all the questions, but where is the proof? Ide like to see an H&R drop on both the 250RWD and 250AWD to compair on drop difference. I mean if its the struts that make it sit higher I can see it as a problem, but if not than once you swap springs the AWD may actually sit lower due to wiehgt difference.

So I desperately need to put some springs on a newly acquired is250 AWD but i keep hearing about some sort of vibration that you get from the change or the front axle angle or something of that nature. Id like to be closer to 2in Any of you AWD guys have any issues?

pointless to do springs on AWD imo....you will never be happy with the drop and itll never look lower and no one will ever be satisfied, we can go back and forth about stech and hr....just get coils and we can all be happy
