I ordered some pre-fabricated flex-stainless lines from Baker Precision just now. www.bakerprecision.com
For splitting the lines up, I took two brake line tees from two 93-96 corollas at the junkyard (as Lex Man suggested), cut and ground the mounting brackets to make them flat, cleaned them up and painted them, bent the right side one to clear the curve of the firewall, and mounted them opposite each other on the same 10mm bolt that previously was for the brake line separators on the firewall.
I'm going to run the one on the left to the fronts, and the one on the right to the rears. Hopefully the stainless lines will be here by the weekend so I can get them installed and bleed the brakes.

By the way, weeks later, I still don't have my custom stainless brake lines from Baker Precision. WTF.
I would recommend against any of you guys buying your lines through them. So far they have been terrible as far as getting the lines made and shipped to me. A lot of disorganization and poor communication on their part. I've had to call them every week to get the damn ball rolling forward, and I'm thoroughly frustrated.
They claim that they FINALLY finished making my lines today June 27th, when I ordered them on June 14th! That is absolutely ridiculous. They never once let me know that there would be a delay this long in getting them made. In fact, on June 14th I was told that the lines would be made THE FOLLOWING DAY.
Bottom line: if you're looking for stainless braided lines for your projects, look for an another vendor besides Baker Precision. They SUCK.

I finally got my custom lines from Baker Precision and installed them tonight. Here's a link to the thread with information on lengths and fitting angles, and some tips:
