In short, yes like MJImport said, but how much depends on how low you want to go and what springs/coilovers you use. I think members here have tried out just about every setup and given opinions, I'm sure if you search you can find some ideas on what setup would get you a little lower without sacrificing too much smoothness. It's all a trade off and compromise, I'm on Tanabe DF-210's w/stock shocks and the ride is firmer but not too rough, handling is much improved.
