I would suggest looking into the BC Racing coilovers, especially if you are looking for an affordable price on a good set of coilovers.
BC is superior to Megans in design and they ride a lot better than the Teins do. They are dual-height adjustable and you can spec them with either rubber mounts or pillowballs. You can also set your spring rates. We use them on our shop STI and I have used them on 3 of my personal vehicles.
