Default SS brake line question

This past weekend I finally got around to installing and removing a few things from my car. While installing my RCA's, I notice my SS brake lines in the front have a pinch mark. They have been on the car for about 2 years, I installed them the way the oem line were, has anyone experience this with there SS lines?

Back when I had my IS300, I followed the instruction that Stoptech provided and it actually cause a pinch that cut my line. I found out later by talking to the guys over at stoptech that if your car is lowered, you must re-route your line for clearance. Check your line for any cracks or leaks.

I never noticed that with the rubber oem lines. I don't know how much I'm lowered, 2" maybe 2.5", not sure, between coilovers and RCA's I lost track
