Default F-Sports parts any good?

I'm interested in those lowering springs, are they any good for a IS250AWD? Any other springs you guys recommend?

Edit: Found my answer from searching...Sorry..

I was interested in the same topic (f-sport springs). Care to share what you found?

Do most people that switch to f-sport springs upgrade their shocks as well (either to the f-sport shocks or aftermarket)?

I had some f-sport springs installed yesterday and I'm glad. It's subtle, but it looks a lot better to me. I only did it because fortunately k3rry gave me a price I couldn't refuse and my tech co-worker installed them at no charge.
