So Lowrideraz here at CL sold me his IS-F takeoff rear swaynbar. Had it installed today. Noone knows the actual stiffness percentage difference, but the bar itself was measured by Lowrideraz at 17.2mm, and Lexus says 17. (Stock IS350 rear is 15mm, F-sport is 19mm)Anyway, I figure at the price he sold it to me if I could get close to half the performance at a quarter of the cost, it was worth a try.
I figure I'm the first to do this.
There is quite a noticeable difference in the back end. Now who knows where this would put the car in the understeer/nuetral/oversteer spectrum, but it certainly reduces some of the understeer. I've taken a couple of the bigger turns I normally take, and it just feels better. Now it does not feel like a slot car in any way, but I no longer fall out of my seat going around them. No longer do I have to get the hard compensation lean going.
I may hit up a canyon road tomorrow, and get a better feel, but so far my opinion is that certainly helps the feel of the car in a definite way, even making normal rolling turns. This may be the perfect bar for this car with a stock front.
BTW- Rest of the suspension is stock.

Okay---- More feedback after hitting a canyon road today.
This bar is definitely a great choice IMO. Especially if only doing the rear.
I could not imagine it being much larger, as I think this may be the perfect bar if keeping the rest of the suspension stock. It feels very neutral right now. This was after a good amount of pushing it through sharp 90º turns, and long higher speed sweepers. There is some feedback, that almost perfectly matches the front. It feels very much in control. Before I felt like I really had to yank it hard to get it through, now it is much more controlled and smooth. Reacts quickly, and for a couple of slalom like turns the car transferred weight beautifully back and forth, without feeling out of control.
I'm guessing this is similar in performance to the new AWD rear bar that is out.
Considering the cost I would highly recommend if you can find guys with IS-Fs taking them off.
