Default Brake pad tsib....too late?!?

After almost two years and 65k I'm just now seeing about a brake pad TSIB. Since I have had my is I have only had pad replacement once.

Is it too late for me to get this free brake pad TSIB?

The car is well past the factory warranty (50k) so yeah, it's too late to get it free unless you've got a lexus extended warranty on it...(at which point they could still possibly argue, but they'd probably do it)

I do have an extended warranty. I never considered that warranty would be an issue but it makes sense. I'll call anyway. If not..I've been looking for an opportunity to try the DIY which I should have been doing in the first place. Thanks
