Would be good to know which numbers are which (camber, caster, toe) but as long as they are in specs (which the tech should've done) you should be good to go
did you get all 4 aligned or just two? It looks like you went ahead and went with all 4. I would ALWAYS do 4 because by just doing a two wheel alignment, the steering wheel would be crooked because the front toe would not be in line with the rear toe causing the crooked wheel. Not something i would ever roll with.
As for the ease of service, that GM tech should not have charged you anything for doing nothing in the first place. When i did my alignment about a year ago it was difficult to get the front control arm bolts broken loose, especially the rear ones. After impact guns, PB blaster, and some patience, i got the bolts loose. They are difficult to loosen but once they are loose adjusting is easy. So far has been the easiest car I have done an alignment on. Mine is due for an alignment soon anyways.
