Default rear sway install

Can anyone point me to a guide/instructions on how to install a new rear sway bar? I'm installing an IS-F sway on my IS250.

It wouldn't hurt to get some WD-40 to help loosen the nuts on the tie-rods.

the rear is super easy. lift the car on the jack just to give you some clearance. then take 3 bolts on each side and put on the new one the same way the stock one was on.
