I am torn between the S tech or H&R springs.. HELP!
I just purchased a 07' IS250 SGM on Black, LOVE it BTW. I am looking to pick up some springs for it tomorrow and i am not sure on which to pick up. I am looking for a mild drop, nothin too aggressive.
I know the difference in the drop in not significant between the two springs but i am also looking for comfortability
Any feedback would be nice.

I think H&R's have more 'aggressive' looking stance. The rear is a tad bit lower the Tein's and the front is more even.
If I had a chance to do my springs all over again, I would go w/ my first choice all over again! H&R's.

H&R:
Front = 1.4 / Rear 1.3
Tein:
Front = 1.6 / Rear 1.2
I personally liked the Tein Springs. The front isn't going to be perfect with springs unless you have an over spec tire.
If you want the perfect drop and $$ isnt an issue go with coils.

I think i am going to go with the H&R's, I was told they have a smoother ride.

H&R's are not harsh or rough - I had them on my IS350 and I LOVED them. Couldn't have been happier with a set of springs.

for those of you on S-techs or H&Rs with stock shocks, how are your shocks holding up? How many miles do you have on your car?
