Eibachs on IS350 - your opinion
For those that have actual experience with Eibachs on their ISx50, what's your opinion? Are you happy with the springs? How's the ride and handling compared to stock?

You have to specify which Eibach kit, the 250 or 350?
The 350 kit is basically the F-Sports. Minimal ~1" drop all around. Looks ok with 19"s but the difference is barely noticeable on 18"s. I personally have the F-Sports and you've read my review on my other post.
The 250 kit lowers the car I think 1.6" front and 1.2" in the rear , which IMO is the perfect drop. I've seen a couple local member here with them and the drop looks really good even with 18"s. Can't say much about ride quality since I don't have them. You can ask IZZ02FIZZO or Chino415 how the ride quality it like. I would assume harsher than the 350 kit since its lower.
Remember, the lower you go, most often times, the harsher the ride and more wear on your shocks and tires.

The Eibachs for the 350 were the first aftermarket suspension I put on my IS350. I had them on for almost 2 years and I really liked them - ride quality was excellent - the only reason I sold them was that I wanted to go lower. As long as you're satisfied with the ride height, you can't go wrong with a set of Eibachs.

They're alright if your going for the most conservative drop. I'd say it rides pretty close to stock. For me though its not low enough, so I'll be getting coils in a few weeks.

I've been on Eibach's 350 pro-kit for over a year and even with stock shocks I'm very satisfied with the ride quality. Also, the car handlses just as good if not better. Most people who get rid of their Eibachs for coilovers do it so they can go lower, not because of the quality. You can intall the 250 kit on a 350 too. Just be sure you will be happy with the drop or you will waste more money later trying to get it right.

Sonic MS in Mountain View will do it it for $250-$270 (install + alignment). I got mine done at Exact MS in Milipitas for $240 (used 20% EOS Coupon).
