Unless it is a matching one to an existing toyota part since it comes with the same set up for other arms from Toyota . Then you can use a normal offset cam with degree markings.
I believe this part is only available for other Lexus/Toyota models. This aftermarket eccentric bolt should be very inexpensive to replicate for the 2GS. Potential project for you SK? The (2) stock eccentric bolts are no longer on my car since I have adjustable rear toe links. I will take pics of the stock eccentric bolts for you guys to see later..
