Please help...others who have lowered! Less HID coverage at night
Hey guys sorry i work many hours and have a tight schedule. I just got my car lowered and now it seems like i have less coverage at night with my hids. I have no blinking afs sensor light and both seem to be in the correct position. Do i need to manually adjust the headlights? Help would be greatly appreciated and how im trying to get back to factory spec esp HID coverage at night so i can see the road clearer!

had the same issue myself. i went w/ adjusting the afs sensor at first, and it didn't seem to do so much, so i ended up manually adjusting my headlights using the height adjustment screws. there's a thread somewhere in here on that, but i think it's also in the owner's manual.

If any of you guys lowered your cars yourselves you wouldnt have missed it, because mine got moved and made the light come on and lights were aimed at the ground. Here is the pic. I think its a 10mm and moving ever so slightly will change the height on your lights.

??? I doubt it. It's a whole lot easier to loosen one 10mm nut, slide the adjuster a little bit, and tighten than it is to adjust both vertical and horizontal (you have to adjust both) and get them both individually correct.
