You only need 17.8" of clearance inside. (451mm including clearance for calipers). Which is not that much at all for a 20" wheel. It's very strange that your 20" wheels don't even have that clearance in them.
Most of our customer have cast wheels and 20" wheels with the 8pot 405 has never ever been a problem in the worst case you need spacers which you already have... So don't waste your money on forged. Just use the templates we sent to check.
Also you can check if you find cheaper shipping back and forth for 34kg one way and 30kg back but i don't think it's possible to find cheaper. We will swap the brackets and hats for free but it's a bummer for you....

After speaking with Vossen, I think what I'll do is install the rotors, then the CV3, then the caliper. Pretty confident we can do it that way.
