I read this and measured my car. To my surprise it's leaning on driver's side especially the rear. It's lowered at least half inch. the front isn't too bad. So this is not normal? Is something wrong with stock spring?

i went the f-sport shocks and f-sport springs because my baby is my daily driver, so i didnt want it too low (Cali streets/freeways suck!) the tein silencer were on back order and i didnt want to wait, so i used heat shrink wrap. i got a yard of the 20mm cut them into 1" sizes, slid it into place and heat them up. i didnt have a camera on hand, so no pictures, but so far (a month), havent heard any noises. i wrapped the entire upper coils of the rears, left the front alone.

as for the lean, there was none initially. but now, the front right is higher than the front left by 0.25". i threw on the forged 19" two weeks ago; no rubbing and no noise... very happy!

i installed the springs/shocks myself with the DYI info from the forums; went to the dealership for an alignment and it did not void my warranty.

Ksizzle - Car looks great with suspension/wheel upgrades.

What tint are you using?

I see. I'm using 35% on all 5 windows. What part of California are you in?

SO Cal, Long Beach - right smack between LA and OC; damn cops are ruthless, especially while youre stuck in that 405 traffic

It's probably not worth going with ultra-dark tint.

The wearing out of shocks is often discussed but rarely is any real evidence of actual experiences on ISx50's shown. Most likely it increases wear somewhat, but the f-sports are a minor drop.

Can you comment on the feeling of bumps? Is there a noticable difference with the ride being rougher?

So now that you have had it for a few days, your final assessment of it would be what?
