check the other thread out. laoboi mention his setting and it was close or better then stock and his friend didn't even notice the difference. settings are 5 in the front 3 in the rear. u can ask circuitms if u have any questions im sure he can help u.

Ok I checked back on some old threads and see you guys say the 5 is closer to soft... It says in directions to turn damping all the way hardest/clockwise. Then count clicks from there. So 5 clicks would be on the much harder side.

yeah the stiffer you go the harsher the ride cause that for track setting that why i went soft for daily drive on my 19's and 17's. but how hight or low is the sleeve itself on your? that also make a diff in ride quality. i go all the way to the soft side and then go up that how i did mine

hmmm ok mine is a little lower than that. Im gonna higher it up like haf inch tomorrow and see if it helps. Have you ever hit bump stop yet?? All I know is when I had my prokits on this car did the same **** on that same side of my car if I had a full car and hit a pothole or somthing. Its so frustrating.

Another option is to order new springs with a stiffer spring rate. The stock setting is 10K upfront, you could go to 12K if you are that low. It is much better to resolve bottoming issues with spring rate changes than with damping....you just get to the point where you lose you suspension (overdamped) quickly.
Let me know, I also sell BCR and helped develop the application for the ISF. On the F I find that I am 8 clicks out for agro driving with good damping control and travel. While it also tolerates going out to 20+ clicks without any problems with bottoming. you should be looking for a spring rate that gives you the widest range of usable damping. Another thing to try would be to adjust the preload on the spring up and then adjust the ride height independently (lower collar nut.) Just ask me if you have any questions, I have a few spirited miles on these now with various settings.

I just re-read the instruction on damping, according to laobo979's setting of 5 front and 3 rear. Isn't that close to the hardest setting according to the diagram in the instruction 32 being the softest?
When you guys are adjusting ride heights, you're only turning the 'B' pallet right? Are your 'E' distances for your front shocks the same, or is it different because of the lean I'm reading about.
Man, this is getting confusing for me. I do have some understandings in car set ups but its in 1/10th scaled radio control cars.

So to clarify, you would move both collars up on the shock body. What method did you use when you lowered the suspension? Did you just adjust the upper collar?
