IS350 Front Sway on IS250 RWD

IS350 Front Sway on IS250 RWD
Will it fit? And more importantly, will it make a difference?
I have the JUN-TW rear sway (19mm) with the stock IS250 RWD sway in the front. I want to stiffen it up a bit and was wondering if the IS350 OEM front sway will do so. From what i've seen, they are supposed to be the same diameter. However, is it the same part?

Sorry if this has been covered already, i did a search and nothing came up.
