Default Can F-Springs be installed at local shop (?)

Can a reputable mechanic shop do an F-spring installation? Like I'm talking about my family's mechanic that's been in business for 30+ years whom I totally trust. I'm about to ask him, but want to be sure this isn't something he'll just say yes to not knowing there may be special procedures. So other than the alignment after a week, is there anything else he needs to know? I'd be willing to take a chance with him and save some major cash, but if there's tips I need to tell him, this is the time.
Thanks for any info...

Spring installation isn't too hard from what I remember. If he's never done springs before but he knows about cars he should be able to install the springs with a tutorial or something. Try asking in local section.

I do trust him, he runs an honest shop. I just don't know how out of the ordinary the F-springs are and if there are any secrets to know about installation. I don't mind doing a little research for him if it helps...

Seems to be the consensus, good. Is the one-week-after alignment a must or always the case?

My preference is to use a local experienced tire/wheel shop that's done plenty of ISx50's. But that's just a personal preference. I had mine done in April with Eibach 350's (similar if not the same as F-sport springs), no issues since.

Agreed, today's price is $250-300, the going rate for a decent shop (installation and alignment included) to do it right.

It should cost $100-$200 max to install springs at a professional shop.

and $100 for alignment.
