Default how to remove the rear rotor?

I removed the caliper but the rotor wont come off.

The manual says to "return the shoe adjuster until the wheel turns freely" if the rotor does not come.

I do not know where this shoe adjuster is, don't see anything like that.

they get stuck pretty easily. Release the E-brake, Spray with WD40, Get a big hammer and knock on the hub a lot until it loosens up.

Don't worry about that "shoe adjuster" yet, you cant get to the adjuster until you get the disc off.

i took mine off last weekend.... took a lot to get it off. We had to heat it up with a torch then bang the heck out of it with a rubber mallet to finally pop it off.

You can also screw a bolt into the two holes toward the center of the rotor that were designed just for that purpose

I hate the "shoe adjuster". The spring and pin popped out one time and what a nightmare it's been. I lost the pin and had to get one from Toyota. Then I had to install everything back together and get the adjuster gear just right after a few test spins. I'm still convinced that the e-brake shoe is slightly rubbing the inside of one of my rotors causing vibration at higher speeds.
