the answer is NO.. that is definitely not normal.. im sure they don't sell cars out of the dealership leaking oil and grease on your wheels haha. simple fix . get the clamps and put them on. or go back to whoever did the job and have them fix the error at no cost.

went to the dealer, the only one in Las Vegas, and they are blaming the altered suspension as to the reason for the leaking. They inspected the clips and the boots and said they were fine, except for the fact that the position of the axle is putting too much pressure on the inner boot.
My leaks aren't as bad as the OP, but I think after a month or so it will get worse. I'm thinking about taking it to an independent lexus dealer for a second opinion.
