Default question about ball joint brand.

All right. I checking out ball joints and noticed that theres 2 brands to choose form..

1). OEM from carson or sewell.

2). beck/Arnley from say.. rockauto or Kragen.

how do these brands differ? are the quality the same??

the beck/arnley from Kragen cost $54.99 and sewell/carson charges around $68.

marginal difference in price but how about quality? reason why i ask.. should i order n get OEM which takes several days.. or order from kragen which will take a single day...

I bought my ball joints from RockAuto. We're already unhappy with the Lexus ball joints, so how much worse could the beck/arnley be?

Ordered my oem from sewell. Toyota product is way superior to beck/arnley product. Side by side comparison shows ....... Aftermarket balljoint gave out after 1 year... Just my experience .. Hope it helps... Btw, sewell sent product same day, just order before noon? I think

I'd go with OEM. They don't sell the 98-00 balljoints that were faulty, they sell the updated 01-05 ones. Mine (01-05' version) have 93k miles on em and are still in perfect shape.
