F-Sport Sway Bars - Got Them - Here's My Opinion

Thanks for the responses. I'm pretty new to this, so I have another question: would changing out only the rear still give the benefit with less harshness than replacing both? My wife may be driving the car, and she doesn't care about cornering, but more about the ride. I've read the discussions on understeer/oversteer pros and cons, so don't want to reinitiate that topic here.

The updated F-Sport website indicates that the front sway tightens up the front quite a bit. And my personal experience is that the front is definitely tighter now that I have the front sway. For that reason, I would say yes, installing the rear sway by itself should be more comfortable overall for the front passenger. In fact, if my IS's ride is too harsh after I install the lowering springs, I may change out the front sway and go back to the stock one. (I'm looking for the best combination to achieve an optimal balance of comfort and performance.)
With "both" sways on, you may not notice much understeer or oversteer, unless you push the car pretty hard. With the rear sway alone, the dynamics would probably be different.

Stability/skid control system should maintain control due to resulting oversteer. But I can't see why anybody would want to mod their car to have that characteristic.

So, did they change the IS350 F-sport sway bar package? I know originally the front sway bar in this package wasn't much different from stock.
Hmmmm....Now I'm not sure whether to get the IS250 rear sway bar or get the IS350 set, and I got to decide soon to get the discount.

There is an IS250 AWD set (PTR02-53096) in addition to an IS250 rear bar only (PTR02-53080-01). I can find three sets of specifications for 53096 between Sewell (two different specs) and fsport.com, so will call Sewell to verify if I order something.

Got the F-Sport front and rear sway bars installed last week. So far, handling has been great. I was concerned about the ride being a bit more harsh (lacking the "Lexus feel"), but have not felt any difference in comfort.

So you have the original springs with the F-sport sways, right.
