F-Sport Sway Bars - Got Them - Here's My Opinion
#76
^^^^Well, not quite true. The stock sway bar specs for the IS250 and the IS350 RWD models are the same. You are correct that just a change of the rear bar does give the most benefit for both the models.
See the pdf I compiled for sway bar dimensions:

Because fsport.com pretty clearly states significant stiffness differences between 250 and 350 by putting the same F-sport bars on either, which tells us the stock bars are significantly different.
(the site currently has 2 of the numbers incorrectly transposed, but even if they didn't the %s are still very different between 250 and 350)

^^^^My source is Lexus Corporate, though it took much time, and a couple of false starts to finally get the correct answers. Next I checked my local Lexus dealer's parts dept. While they did not have the sway bar dimensions, the did have PNs, and I confirmed the PNs for all ISX50 rear drivers were the same.

Any explanation for the published numbers at fsport.com (a lexus web site) that disagree with yours and state 250/350 aren't the same?

Ah...all makes sense now I'd probably give a call to Lexus of Westminster or Sewell Lexus, either ought be able to get you a front bar a whole lot cheaper than $499 (I paid a fair bit less, shipped, for both bars, from Westminster)
