They eliminate almost all significant body roll in the turns. The freeway lane changes feel great with the sways. The car is just so much more dynamic with them. It feels like a real sports car, not a Buick.
I ordered the springs as well, because my car still leans back too far upon acceleration and nose dives too far when braking. I'm hoping that will finally help the car feel more planted all the way around.
Cons to sways: They definitely do stiffen up the ride when you hit significant bumps, especially when you're driving at freeway speeds. But it's not at all uncomfortable or annoying. I'm very OCD about that type of thing, but it hasn't bothered me at all yet. Instead, it makes the car feel tougher and more aggressive.
My advice: If sporty handling is important to you at all: Get the sways. Or get the springs. Or get both.
If not, leave it alone. It's a great feeling, comfortable car as is it.
