Default SUPRA rear brake upgrade...pics.

I found these on the Beverly-auto site.

Has ANYONE attempted the rear upgrade or am I going to have to be the first?

I wouldn't waste my money on upgrading the rear. If I am not mistaken, the Supra rear uses the same caliper that the stock GS uses, if I am not mistaken. Plus thats only 15-20% of your stopping power. Get the fronts upgraded, if you haven't already! IMHO.

I have the fronts sitting in the garage.

I like how the rear matches the front (Supra).

I think the Supra rear may be two pot as opposed to our one.

no one done the rear supra brake that I know of.
but you can be the first hee hee. also, the traction control is linked into that rear brake, so you need to be careful, hopefully the sensor will adjust to the new brake (new stoping power)

The Supra rear brake and GS rear brake are both 2 piston (one on each side of the rotor)...

Those fronts look good... i like the drilled and slotted combo..

For those of you that have them is there a BIG difference in upgrading the brake setup or is it only if you drive aggressively..(well i guess we all do)..but is there a big diff?

There is a BIG difference in upgrading the front brakes. You will stop quicker, and with less effort.

$750 to $800 for brembo cross drilled rotors,Stainless steel brake lines, 2 supra front brake calipers, and TRD racing brake pads. Depending where you go, and what brake pad, and rotor you get.
($2 for red brake caliper paint! You might as well show off your big brakes! hee hee)
