front right brake pad screeching on and off

i had to get front rotors/pads while i was outta town as my front brakes went out after buying it on the 1800 mile trip home and i got gouged also. front/rear pads, turn rear rotors, and new front rotors, installed was like 511 i was sick but luckily dealer i bought it from covered half of it. when i got back to town....i replaced front and rear rotors with rotora's, hawk pads, and goodridge lines for UNDER the 511 i paid for the outta town brake job

if i had to pay $1200 for brake job then i would be scared to ask how much for a timing belt and water pump job......$3000??!?!
