Default Tips on adjusting HKS coilovers

i just got my HKS coilovers installed and i am waiting to get my car back from the body shop to drive it.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on adjusting the dampening and adjusting the height, along with any suggestions on the best settings/specs.

I have 20' rims with aggressive offsets so i would imagine the lower i go the stiffer i would have to be.

i also posted in the regional forums, but if anyone knew of any reputable shops in the tri-state area that could fine tune and adjust my coilovers it would be greatly appreciated.

any input would be great.

thanks in advance.
