Swapped in MKIV suspension now bottoming out

so i swapped in stock supra suspension and now on heavy bumper the tires rub on the front fender liner.

is the bump stop broken or is the bump stop too short and the tire is contacting the liner and i need to throw in a longer bump stop or something?

The shocks are blown. Replace the shocks and you'll be all set.

DON'T DELAY! The tires will rub through the liners fast and chew up the wiring harness inside there and cause major problems.
