you could always flip the tires around to make it an even wear.
Is your car aligned and tires balanced?
Yes, but the weird thing is, I have the same wear on all tires. The tires get rotated every spring.
I am hoping these will last me until winter as I am getting new winter tires put on in a few months, and I hope that they will not wear like these all seasons.
I am not sure why it is a problem?
yes you have outside tire wear but looks like your tire is also about finished.
As long as it is wearing the same on both sides.
Toe out wears inside edge (quick) and toe in wears the outside.

I know the tire is on it's last thread (literally), but it is only recently that I have noticed the way it is wearing more on the outside of the tire and I regularly check my tire pressure keeping it between 35-36 lbs.

36PSI seems OK.
You should have the alignment checked and if they find the toe in is too much, you can ask them to open it up (a little more) towards 0 toe.
it's a fine balance and depends on the car's weight and driving style.
But now you know your long term wear you can adjust it a bit.
i just got new tires ...
but the car still feel the same as before ..
heavy steering .. turning feels not smooth .. choppy in turns .. steering wheel choppy in centering . i'm sure these are alignment problems .. cuz it only came up when i got the F sport springs installed..
