Default Metal to Metal Contact In Rear

Ok guys. Need help for my brother, we just installed brand new Megan Coilovers on his 98 Lexus Gs300. And after installment, took the car for a test drive, and the car was riding smooth until we hit the details in the road(little cracks, little dips, uneven etc). You hear a loud thud in the back, like something is moving freely. Metal to Metal contact. Its too late to check now, but does anyone have any ideas? We're hoping to check this out tomorrow.. This only happens when hittn details, or bumps. If the road is smooth and straight, then there's no noise at all.

Are all the top hat nuts tightened? They need to be tighten when the car sits on the ground, not raised in the air. Check the endlinks bracket too.

well my car makes a loud "thump/bang" when i hit bumps, and its because i do not have the spring to separate my brake pads. maybe the stiffness made them start doing that. to check hit bumps with your foot on the brakes and if it still makes noises then that is not the problem.
