Front brake noise TSIB for '08s?

I have searched high and low for this particular tsib and I am not able to locate it. It is in regards to front brake noise when coming to a stop or slowing down. I know this tsib exists for IS250s from '06-'07s.

does anyone know if the tsib after original warranty is over? i bought the extended, so will this tsib will work? 06 350 w/ 52k miles.
