Usually anything OEM is going to cost more just for the pure fact its made by Lexus. I am also interested in switching to slotted or slotted and drilled rotors, but I'm kinda of hesitant to do the increased wear and possibly brake chatter. A good place to look for rotors is on eBay. You can usually find name brand stuff on there. eBay also has a lot of other brands of rotors for cheaper but i question there reliability.

I'd stay away from Ebay when your looking to buy quality rotors. Stick with a trusted online site which is an autorized dealer by Stoptech. If you want the best OEM "blanks", stick with Centric Premium Rotors. If you want slotted, go with Sportstop or Powerslot rotors (both Stoptech/Centric) brands. I just put a set of Powerslot slotted rotors on my car. They front were about $260 a pair and the rears were $180 a pair.

Cheapest place I found the OEM pads was here (like $47.00 for the front): http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...82&catalogid=0
04465-30410 Brakes - Brake components - Front pads Front pads, is350 2006 - 2007 (These are the dusty/dirty ones. I like these better)
04466-22190 Brakes - Brake components - Rear pads Rear pads, is250, is350 2006 - 2007
Misc parts you may not need but I got anyway (I only used the shims). These are the clips, pins, shims....etc.
04947-50090 Lexus Front Brake Fit Kit
04948-22090 Lexus Rear Brake Fit Kit
04945-22151 Lexus Front Brake Shim Kit
04946-22090 Lexus Rear Brake Shim Kit
For the Centric Rotors I went here:
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php
CENTRIC Part # 12044137
Front Right
CENTRIC Part # 12044138
Front Left
CENTRIC Part # 12044141
Rear; Vented
Ok, I think thats all I got. Good luck

Rock auto has a mistake for the 350 where they show a 296mm front rotor with no mention of whether its left or right. These maybe for the 250 I donno. All I know is that the 350 front rotors are 333mm and rear are vented. The numbers I gave are the ones I bought and are on the car now.
The IS 250 has the same rotors for left and right in the front and are smaller with a SOLID rear rotor. Thats all I know about them sorry.
