Default Help with fitment and suspension

I want to do a 2'' drop in both front and rear with springs but i have a set of 19'' i have my eyes on. The offset is 35mm and its 8.5/9.5 in the rear. will i have a rubbing problem? if it matters im planning to use 275-35-19 tires. thanks in advance, im a total dummy when it comes to wheels and suspension.

IF you going with supra springs and struts you can generally add about half an inch the stated drop.

So if the set up says it lowers the supra 1.5" it will lower the SC about 2"

Hey turbo, did you end test fitting some 18"s on your car?

Also, with you current setup did you have to roll fenders? You have 17" rims with what size wheels?

A buddy of mine is selling his 19'' TSW's off his IS350. Does that care share the same bolt pattern and offset as the SC?

bolt pattern is the same. Generally the isx50's run more conservative sizes than the SC. What are the sizes on those TSW's? If you let us know the sizes we can possibly tell you how they will fit on your car.

they are 19's 8.5 up front and 9.5 in the rear. i believe the offset is the same as the SC because i looked on the TSW site.

just an update that they ended up fitting perfectly fine. Now its time for a really aggressive drop, TOO much wheel gap.

I have an exact setup like yours. I run 245/35/19 front and 285/30/19 rear. I used to have 275 for the rear and it rubbed if I didn't shave the fender for a little bit. With 285, I have to shave the fender all the way.

Right now the i like how the back sits and im planning on getting some fresh 275's soon. I think i might only lower the front.. cause man! i've got like 3 inches of wheel gap in the front but the back is sitting beautiful

No i never got the chance to fit 18's. I didnt have to do anything with the fenders with the TT wheels. The tires are factory TT Supra sizes, 235/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear
