From day one my brakes have been making a popping noise on cold start ups. Example would be backing out of the garage and hitting the brakes for the first time (other than to start the car) "pop" "pop" then putting it in drive and coming to the stop sign in my nieghborhood. The front bakes "pop" "pop"........ is this normal? The brakes work great and dont make another noise until I park the car for a while again. I have mentioned it to the dealer but never get any sort of straight answer.

If you're still under warranty bring it to the dealership and have them look at it. They cant refuse service, just call and make a appointment and drop off your car. If anything try another dealership until they correct the issue. GL

No problem dude.

I have the same sound and after the dealer kept saying it was normal. I pulled it apart myself and looked at everything slowly and methodically (didnt trust them). Its just how its designed apparently.
