gwu128,
Just installed the FLEX on the SC430 but I didn't go the EDFC route can you tell me if it is counterclockwise makes the suspension softer and clockwise makes it harder.. Right now I am 10 clicks on the front and rear but i'm a bit unclear which way to go to make it softer.. I think I might spring for the EDFC at some point once I figure where to install the darn thing..

I measured according to Manaray's dimensions. It will clear the RMM STB in length and width, but it is "too close to call" on the height.
I'm going to check with the local Tein distributor and see if they have an EDFC motor I can try on for size. Can't do it this weekend, but I 'll eventually post if I am able to verify anything.
Turning clockwise are the "harder" settings. Usually you would want several more clicks on front than the rear for best balance, unless you have a couple hundred pounds of stereo equipment out back. There have been posts on what some people have used as their preferred settings. From what I recall, the higher settings gave better handling (on smooth roads) but inversely compromised ride comfort.
Try doing a search.

Ken,
Sorry, I can't help you on this. I bought the Tein Flex with EDFC, and install at the same time, so I never adjust the damper from the suspension.

Thanks guys for the help.. I turned the damping settings on the rear all the way counterclockwise and 3 turns clockwise firmer from the rear and the ride is perfect.. I don't think I will buy the EDFC afterall.. I can confirm that the GS spec Tein Flex will work perfectly on the SC430.. Car corners like a sports car now and has the stance to back it up!
