Default Tein CST coilover clunking noise. Anyone have any ideas or clues

Hey guys I am a 3GS owner trying to get some answers on a coilover issue and I know you IS guys do a lot more mods than the 3 GS guys. I have noticed that over the last 3 weeks I have been getting a mild clunking noise when I hit minor cracks in the road. The noise isnt a metal on metal noise. It seems more like a rubber on metal clunking noise. I called Tein USA today and they said to check that the shock towers are tight and to check the bushings and bump stops. I dont hear anything with oscillations in the road or even large cracks. Its usually at speeds below 45 and on small cracks or imperfections in the road. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas.

I am taking my car into the shop that did the install this monday so I am assuming they will be able to sort it out. I hope its just something loose because the the coilovers barely have 30-35k on them. I had a full suspension on my Infiniti G35 and pushed it very every hard for 130K with no issues.

Coilover noises are almost always a loose component, check that EVERYTHING is tight.
