DIY Parking Brake Adustment on an IS350?

I would like to adjust the parking brake on my IS350 myself. Can anyone describe for me the procedure for adjusting the parking brake?

I found it easier to take the disc drum off and adjust it that way. That way would be the harder route from just adjusted from the little hole.

Thanks Javier. I think I will try adjusting the Parking Brake Pedal Travel first and see if that solves my problem.
