With all the pros you had listed about BCR i would say hell, why not?

as for as H&R i love my coilovers, the only down part is, its very stiff riding with my 19's. The worst part is there is no dampening. And you would need a spring compressor in order to adapt your tophat, but definitely bang for your bucks. I still have an inch and a half of tread left so i could slam .

Kayotik i would definitely support your decision of drop before wheels.
