Eibach Pro Kit Spring Rates?
Hi does anyone happen to know the spring rates on these springs? Not much info out there for these. Not on the manufacturer's websites either strangely enough...

That is pretty ridiculous. How exactly do they expect people to make an informed decision on purchasing their products without the right information?Anyway I did some searching around and found the specs for the Supra TT ones from here:
http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/spr...tes/index.html
Have no idea how reliable these specs are though.
Which translates to
Front: 6.6kg/mm -> 9.1kg/mm
Rear: 3.2kg/mm -> 4.7kg/mm
Front: 370 lb/ft -> 510 lb/ft
Rear: 180 lb/ft -> 263 lb/ft
So I would imagine the SC springs to be similar if not softer given the nature and purpose of our vehicles.

correct. though given the age of these cars i'd expect them only to work to the best of their ability with new or refreshed shocks. people typically run them with KYB replacements if yours are out.

And I wanted to replace my shocks anyway.
I'm going to order those and get them put on at the same time as my brakes.

Just reached Eibach tech: He said the sc3 springs are incompatible with the sc4. He stated that the springs for the sc4 were engineered totally different.
This is hard to believe. I suspect he's blowing smoke and trying to promote a sale. What to do?

The springs work!
Picked up the car this AM. Springs installed, new urethane bushings on the LCA's and an alignment. Just like everyone (except Eibach!) said. They work fine. Lowered the car an inch all around. Its like a new car, very solid and tight without the clunking. Thanks for all the advice.
I saved the original springs if anyone needs them.
