I don't want to hack up the carpet in my trunk to install a rear strut bar. Is there a template floating around for an easier install? If anyone has pictures of their rear strut bar installed, please share. Thanks

i doubt it. some strut bars are thicker/wider than others.
just cut it to fit yours

well that is a good point, but sometimes it's hard to cut the hole in the right spot and have it look decent. Maybe I will have to design my own template and do some measuring to make it in the same spot on both sides.

install the mounts first (not the bar)....then reinstall the trunk liner....you should be able to feel the mounts through the liner....cut a small hole where the mount and the liner meets...then enlarge the hole as needed...mount the bar last.
