Default GS300 brakes on a IS250C

Hi Guys!

My fren's car is scrapped and he has offer me his brakes.

What exactly do I need to get from him to install in my car? just the calliper & rotor? anything else?

what do you mean by complete set?

just the calliper & rotor? if not, what else do I need?

btw: will the rear brake set from the 2006 GS300 fit the is250c too?

Yes, and remember to take the dust cover behind the rotor too, I am on GS300, caliper rotora slotted rotor and goodridge braided hose on my is250,
love the setup compared to the stock ones.

GS300...

I wouldn't exactly take advice from some of these people as it clearly shows they have no idea what they are talking about.

IF they did, they would realize the 2006 GS300 came with probably the same brakes as the IS250c because they are not the factory "BBK" kit that came on the GS350, GS430, GS450H, and GS460. The 06 GS300 brakes are the same as the IS250 models, the IS350 models came with factory "BBK"

So... don't bother wasting your time unless you want to have spare parts sitting around.

*Edit

Just realized these guys are not from the US. Models differ overseas.

Should fit like a charm, and try and get the dust cover too.. the stock is250 ones dun fit without modifications.

BTW: if you wany, you can consider the rears too... The is350 ones shd be bigger and vented too, but FYI they are only 1 pots k
