Default help?

i have a 92 sc300 and i was wondering do i have to change anything if i put ls400 calipers on? or would it be a direct bolt on? also would i have to change brake lines?

1 dust sheild must be removed
2 u must use atleast 95-98 ls front calipers and rotors
3 rear ls calipers wont work i was told
4 u can use ur exsiting lines

what about rims? i thought the stock Lexus rims aren't big enough for LS brakes?
