Can I replace the rear knuckle and wheel bearing and not the hub/spindle?

As the title says. If I want to replace my rear knuckle and wheel bearing, will I have to have the hub/spindle replaced as well or can those be re-used?

If the inner races of the bearing failed and damaged the hub it will not be usable. I've only seen that a few times though.
