Default brake advice.. Please help!!!

so im planning on doing my brake change on my 350.. im gonna follow the diy posted on here, the one where you dont remove the caliper.. has anyone done this yet?? do the brakes have to be bleeded since the caliper is not being removed??

The brakes don't need to be bled for a pad change.
